Our Services

Value Add Service To Customer

  • Reduce or shorten customer manufacturing cycle time through our tool or machine design and fabrication.
  • Elimination of human-dependent manufacturing processes by implementing error-proof design concepts in our design and fabrication of tools & fixtures.
  • Work with customers during the New Product Introduction (NPI) stage on required tools and fixtures. This minimizes waste of tools & fixtures that may not be usable during mass production.
  • Our early involvement during the NPI stage saves significant customer engineer time on tool or fixture design and fabrication requirements, allowing them to focus more on their manufacturing processes.
  • Work closely with customers to optimize the manufacturing process cycle time by implementing new ideas for tools & fixtures on the production line.

Service Commitment

  • Respond and reach customer facilities within minimum traveling hours after receiving a call for machine downtime and/or critical issues.
  • Minor repairs or modifications will be returned to the customer within the same day for the Johor Bahru area. The service is free of charge.
  • Major modifications or repairs within 24 hours returned to the customer for the Johor Bahru area. Service is free of charge during NPI stage or due to our design issues.
  • Technical support to customers during NPI/PP runs if required.
  • Warranty period of 6 months with free of charge repairs for the tools/equipment/machines delivered to the customer.

Quality, Cost & Delivery Commitment

  • Reliable raw material sources with proper incoming control.
  • Quality assurance outgoing inspection against the fabrication drawing and customer requirements.
  • Not the lowest but reasonable cost. Pay only for goods that are usable.
  • On-time delivery as committed. We do our best to meet any urgent requests.
